A test strip carrier plate (20), a test device (1) and a manufacturing method therefor. The test strip carrier plate (20) is suitable for mounting at least one test strip (10), wherein the test strip (10) is formed with a display area (11) and a sample loading area (12), the sample loading area (12) is suitable for adding a sample, and the display area (11) is suitable for displaying a test result. The test strip carrier plate (20) comprises at least one mounting groove (200) and at least one identification mark (2001), wherein the test strip (10) is suitable for being mounted in the mounting groove (200), and when the test strip (10) is mounted in the mounting groove (200), the display area (11) of the test strip (10) is aligned with the identification mark (2001), so that the test result of the sample flowing from the sample loading area (12) to the display area (11) can be identified in contrast to the identification mark (2001).
