Abstract:
A test strip for detecting chemerin and a derived polypeptide thereof, and a preparation method therefor; the test strip comprises a detection membrane, a binding zone containing a first antibody that is labeled with a label being provided upstream of the detection membrane, and a sample application zone being provided upstream of the binding zone; the detection membrane is further provided with a detection zone and a control zone, the control zone being located downstream of the detection zone; the detection zone is coated with a second antibody, and the control zone is coated with a secondary antibody comprising an anti-first antibody; both the first antibody and the second antibody specifically bind to a chemerin.
