Abstract:
A test tube brushing device by automatically filling dual liquids comprises a clamping mechanism (1), a rotation mechanism (2), a cleaning tank (3), a supply mechanism (4), and a brushing mechanism (5). The clamping mechanism (1) is disposed on the rotation mechanism (2) and is used for fixing test tubes in the clamping mechanism (1). The rotation mechanism (2) is used for controlling the clamping mechanism (1) to rotate. The cleaning tank (3) is disposed below the rotation mechanism (2). A cleaning solution is stored in the cleaning tank (3). The rotation mechanism (2) drives the clamping mechanism (1) to rotate, and the test tubes are cleaned when the test tubes in the clamping mechanism (1) are immersed in a cleaning solution. The supply mechanism (4) comprises a supply box, a liquid supply pipe (46), and a liquid pump (45). The supply box is divided into a cleaning solution box (41) and a purified water box (42). The liquid pump (45) is used for pumping the cleaning solution and the purified water from the cleaning solution box (41) or the purified water box (42), outputs the cleaning solution and the purified water into the cleaning tank (3) through the liquid supply pipe (46). The brushing mechanism (5) is disposed above the rotation mechanism (2) and is used for brushing the test tubes when the test tubes rotate to a position above the rotation mechanism (2).
