Disclosed is a test tube plug (2), which comprises a body (100). The body (100) is provided with a blocking body (10). The blocking body (10) is provided with a movable portion (11) and a fixed portion (12). The movable portion (11) is formed by the fixed portion (12) inwardly extending. The movable portion (11) can move with respect to the fixed portion (12), such as by rotating or twisting. The movable portion (11) has an upper surface (13), a lower surface (14) and a side face (15) connecting the upper surface (13) and the lower surface (14). An axial recess (50) is arranged above the upper surface (13) of the movable portion (11). The blocking body (10) and the body (100) are integrated as one. The test tube plug (2) has the following advantages: it can block liquid in a test tube (3) from leaking externally while checking the object or liquid in the test tube (3), improves the connecting stability of a perfusion device and the test tube (3) during the injection process, and reduces the contamination caused by a detector taking the object or liquid in the test tube (3) out of the test tube (3) during the detection process.
