Abstract:
A testing apparatus and testing method for an automatic pressure regulating valve of an electronic braking system. The testing apparatus comprises an air source (1), a pneumatic circuit, a valve, a sensor, a signal processing unit, and a control unit. Bench tests comprising a function test, a static performance test, a dynamic performance test, an airtightness test, a leakage quantity test, and a braking force test for a brake chamber are performed on an automatic pressure regulating valve, such that the high risk of real vehicle inspection is avoided, the testing efficiency is improved, and the consistency of testing is ensured. By means of the testing apparatus and the testing method, an automatic pressure regulating valve is checked before being installed in a vehicle. Parameters of the automatic pressure regulating valve are continuously modified by means of tests to improve the performance thereof, so as to make the automatic pressure regulating valve meet the requirements of working in real-time and being fast, independent and precise of an electronic braking system of a commercial vehicle, thereby shortening the braking response time of the electronic braking system of the commercial vehicle and improving the reliability thereof. The testing apparatus collects and displays data of the automatic pressure regulating valve in real time, and is convenient to operate; and the degree of automation during an inspection process is high.
