Abstract:
A testing device for detecting the leakage of oil outlet valve coupled parts includes a base plate (1), two upright poles (2), an upper cover plate (3), a cylinder (4), a connecting plate (5), a sliding plate (6), a pressure head (7), a gas-collecting pipe (8), a gas leakage detecting device (9), a base seat (10), a vent pipe (11) and a vent device (12). A first through-hole (100) is provided between the upper surface and the lower surface of the base plate (1). A second through-hole (701) is provided in the pressure head (7), an upper gasket (702) is provided on the upper end of the second through-hole (701), and a first sealing ring (706) is provided between the pressure head (7) and the sliding plate (6). One side of the pressure head (7) is provided with a gas-collecting chamber (703) which is communicated with the gas-collecting pipe (8) and the second through-hole (701). The gas-collecting pipe (8) is connected to the gas leakage detecting device (9). The lower surface of the pressure head (7) is provided with a second sealing ring (704). The upper portion of the base seat (10) is provided with a recess (101), the lower portion of the recess (101) is provided with a lower gasket (102). One end of the vent pipe (11) is connected to a third through-hole (103), and the other end is connected to the vent device (12). The device can detect the leakage between an oil outlet valve body and an oil outlet valve seat.
