Abstract:
Disclosed is a testing device for grading and color-based separation of ceramic tiles. The testing device comprises a testing darkroom (1), industrial cameras (2) arranged inside the testing darkroom (1), a testing frame (3) arranged inside the testing darkroom (1), and a light source (4) arranged inside the testing darkroom (1), wherein the industrial cameras (2) comprise a chromatic aberration testing camera (21), an edge testing camera (22) and a tile surface testing camera (23); and the light source (4) comprises a first light source (41) for cooperating with the chromatic aberration testing camera (21) and the edge testing camera (22) to work, and a second light source (42) for cooperating with the tile face testing camera (23) to work, the first light source (41) emitting white light and infrared rays. By means of providing the industrial cameras (2) and the light sources (4) in the testing device for grading and color-based separation of ceramic tiles, chromatic aberration, edge defects and tile surface defects of the ceramic tiles are respectively tested, such that analysis and classification are facilitated, thereby achieving automatic testing of the defects and chromatic aberration of the ceramic tiles, reducing the labor intensity of ceramic tile testing, and improving the testing efficiency and accuracy.
