Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a testing device and method for simulating a static force on a wall panel structure of a cylindrical cabin, which device and method relate to the technical field of aerospace mechanical testing. The device comprises a horizontal panel, a vertical frame, a cabin wall connecting structure and a loading mounting seat, wherein the horizontal panel simulates a mounting plate structure in a cabin body; the horizontal panel is mounted on a wall panel structure of a cylindrical cabin; the cabin wall connecting structure comprises an adapter block and a connecting beam, and simulates a longitudinal force transmission structure and a transverse force transmission structure in the cabin body; the vertical frame is fixedly connected to the horizontal panel and the cabin wall connecting structure, and simulates longitudinal bearing of the wall panel structure of the cabin body; and the loading mounting seat is fixed to the horizontal panel or the vertical frame, and simulates an actual bearing part of the wall panel structure of the cylindrical cabin and the mounting of a longitudinal loading device and a transverse loading device. The device is used for performing a static force test on the wall panel structure of the cylindrical cabin, simulates the structural bearing and a force transmission path of the wall panel structure of the cylindrical cabin, and also simulates transverse and longitudinal loads of the wall panel structure of the cabin, thereby improving the testing accuracy, and ensuring the reliability and scientificity of a test structure.
