Abstract:
A testing method and a testing device for a display apparatus. The testing method comprises: adjusting a gain value of each colour in white balance parameters of a display apparatus to a respective saturation point (10); and testing brightness uniformity of the display apparatus (30). The testing device comprises: a testing mechanism (41) for testing brightness uniformity of the display apparatus; and a first adjustment unit (42) for adjusting, before the testing mechanism tests the brightness uniformity of the display apparatus, a gain value of each colour in white balance parameters of the display apparatus to a respective saturation point. Thus, the problem that default settings of the existing display apparatus in a testing process can reduce a testing result of a brightness uniformity index can be improved, facilitating improvement in the accuracy of a brightness uniformity testing result, and reducing losses caused by misjudgement of a qualifying product.
