Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tetrahedral structure and a method for arranging same, and more specifically, to a tetrahedral structure and a method for arranging the tetrahedral structure which is made of concrete and covers an inclined surface in order to shield a breakwater from high wave-induced wave power (external force). The tetrahedral structure, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a body part positioned in the center; and a leg part comprising four leg bodies integrally formed in a radial shape on the body part, wherein the leg body has an end surface forming a planar vertex, an outside surface part extending from the end surface and having grooves formed on the circumference thereof along the length direction of the leg body, and an inside surface part extending from the outside surface part to the body part, and protrusions are formed across the body part and the inside surface part.
