Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a tetramethylspirobiindane-based phosphine-oxazoline ligand compound, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The phosphine-oxazoline ligand compound is a compound having the structure as shown in general formula I or an enantiomer, racemate or diastereoisomer of said compound. The phosphine-oxazoline ligand is prepared by means of a series of reaction steps, in which an inexpensive and easily available tetramethylspirobiindane diol is used as a starting material. The present invention has developed a novel phosphine-oxazoline ligand that can be used to catalyze organic reactions, can particularly be widely used in metal-catalyzed asymmetric reactions as a chiral phosphine-oxazoline ligand, and thus has economic utility and prospective industrial applicability.
