Abstract:
Disclosed are a tetramethylspiroindene skeleton-based bisoxazoline ligand compound, an intermediate thereof, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. The bisoxazoline ligand compound is a compound having a structure as shown in general formula I, or an enantiomer, a racemate, or a diastereomer of the compound. The bisoxazoline ligand is prepared by a series of reaction steps starting from cheap and easily available tetramethylspiroindane diphenol. The key intermediate is a compound having a structure as shown in general formula II. The present invention develops a novel oxazoline ligand, which can be used for catalyzing organic reactions, especially as a chiral oxazoline ligand for wide use in metal-catalyzed asymmetric reactions, and has economic practicability and good industrial application prospects.
