Abstract:
A textile machine for manufacturing cross-wound spools, comprising a support table (7), a first support (15), a second support (3), and a third support (16). A cross beam (9) is provided in the middle of the lower end of the support table; supporting legs (10) are provided at four corners of the lower end of the cross beam (9); an operation panel (8) is provided in the middle of a side wall of the support table; the operation panel is provided with a display screen (11), operation keys (12), and a switch (13); a power supply (19) and a controller (20) are provided at the inner bottom end of the support table; a first motor (18) and a second motor (21) are provided at the inner upper end of the support table; the first support is provided on one side of the upper end of the support table; the first support is provided with a yarn spool (14), a first belt wheel (5), and a first belt (6); the second support is provided on one side of the support table distant from the first support; a tensioning cylinder (1) is provided in the middle of the upper end of the second support; the third support is provided on one side of the second support distant from the first support; the third support is provided with a wound spool 17, a second belt wheel 2, and a second belt 2. According to the textile machine, by providing the display screen and the operation keys, the rotating speed of the wound spools and the yarn spool can be monitored in real time and can be adjusted in time in the textile process, thereby facilitating improving the textile efficiency.
