Abstract:
Disclosed is a textile machine with an airflow conveyor and a filtering device. The textile machine comprises a textile machine body (1), wherein the outer side of the textile machine body (1) is sleeved with a movable ring (2); a height-adjusting mechanism for adjusting the height of the movable ring (2) is further installed on the textile machine body (1); dust-collecting covers (3) are arranged at equal intervals on the side wall of the movable ring (2) in the circumferential direction; the dust-collecting covers (3) are installed on the side wall of the movable ring (2) by means of an angle adjusting mechanism; a negative pressure fan (7) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the textile machine body (1); the air inlet end of the negative pressure fan (7) is in communication with the dust-collecting covers (3) by means of an air guide pipe (9); a collecting box (5) is installed at the upper end of the negative pressure fan (7); and an arc-shaped cover (6) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the collecting box (5). By adjusting the positions of the dust-collecting covers (3), the use requirements of the textile machine under different working conditions can be met, it is easy to filter out attached cotton fibers and dust, manual cleaning is also very convenient, the maintenance time for equipment is shortened, and the working efficiency of the textile machine is improved.
