Description:
A TEXTILE PRODUCT WASHING/DYEING MACHINE WITH LOCKING MECHANISM

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to a washing/dyeing machine for use in the impregnation of fluid into textile products/washing textile products, comprising at least one vessel in which the impregnation/washing process takes place, at least one cassette to take the textile products in the said vessel, and at least one piston to change the position of the said cassette in the at least one first axis.

BACKGROUND

Textile products can be washed in production facilities for many different purposes. There are washing processes for many purposes such as obtaining the desired color in the products, providing wearable cleaning, and obtaining softness.

Some washing/dyeing machines are used in the present art to meet these needs. Washing/dyeing machines with a cassette system containing cylinders on which textile products circulate are known. In such machines, it is necessary to operate the cassette by raising it from its position on the ground in some cases. The machines in the current art cannot respond to this need because the cassette cannot be fixed in an intermediate position other than the maximum and minimum levels. However, when the cassette is in this high position, the two sides of the cylinders must remain aligned.

All the problems mentioned above have made it necessary to make an innovation in the relevant technical field as a result.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a washing/dyeing machine in order to eliminate the above- mentioned disadvantages and to bring new advantages to the related technical field.

It is an object of the invention to provide a washing/dyeing machine in which the cassette can be locked in a position. In order to achieve all the objectives that will emerge from the above-mentioned and the following detailed description, the present invention relates to the washing machine for use in impregnation of fluid into textile products/washing textile products, comprising at least one vessel in which the impregnation/washing process takes place, at least one cassette to take the textile products in the said vessel, and at least one piston to change the position of the said cassette in the at least one first axis. Accordingly, its novelty is that it comprises at least one lock mechanism to fix the cassette at a predetermined height relative to the ground.

A possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the said lock mechanism is positioned on at least one post. Thus, the cassette is locked to a fixed support.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it comprises one lock mechanism on each post. Thus, it is ensured that the lock mechanism and the load carried by the post are distributed.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the lock mechanisms are positioned parallel to each other relative to the ground. Thus, it is ensured that the parallelism of the cylinders to the ground is preserved when locking occurs.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that there are two lock mechanisms on opposite sides of the cassette. Thus, it is ensured that both lock mechanisms carry equal loads.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the said lock mechanism comprises at least one pin movable on at least one second axis. Thus, it is ensured that the pin transfers the cassette weight to the post for fixing.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the post comprises at least one lock housing provided in a form that can receive the pin. Thus, the cassette is connected to the post.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the lock mechanism is located on at least one casing which is connected to at least one side wall of the cassette. Thus, it is ensured that fixation can be made in more than one position with a lock. Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the lower part of the said lock housing relative to the first axis is provided to the extent that it can enter precisely with the pin. This ensures that the washing/dyeing machine can operate smoothly after fixing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURE

Figure 1 shows a representative perspective view of the washing/dyeing machine of the invention.

Figure 2 shows a zoomed representative perspective view of the lock mechanism of the washing/dyeing machine of the invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In this detailed description, the subject of the invention is explained with examples that do not have any limiting effect only for a better understanding of the subject.

Figure 1 shows a representative perspective view of the washing/dyeing machine (1 ) of the invention. Accordingly, the said washing/dyeing machine (1 ) is essentially a washing/dyeing machine (1 ) for the impregnation of fluid into textile products/washing of textile products. According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the washing/dyeing machine (1 ) may be a dyeing vessel. According to another possible embodiment of the invention, the washing/dyeing machine (1) can be the ultrasonic washing machine. The washing/dyeing machine (1 ) contains at least one chamber (10). The said chamber (10) is the part where the fluid impregnation to the textile product takes place. The textile products in which the fluid will be absorbed/washed are placed in the chamber (10). The chamber (10) is fixed to a ground (Z) on which the washing/dyeing machine (1) is located.

The washing/dyeing machine (1 ) includes at least one cassette (20). The mentioned cassette (20) is the structure that allows the textile products to be taken into the chamber (10). The cassette (20) has at least one side wall (21). The said side wall (21) is essentially two pieces. The side walls (21 ) are positioned opposite each other. There is at least one cylinder (22) between the side walls (21). The said cylinder (22) is the structure around which the textile products that are fluidly impregnated/washed are positioned. In a possible embodiment of the invention, the cylinder (22) is provided in a plurality of embodiments. The washing/dyeing machine (1) has at least one post (30). The said post (30) is located on both sides of the washing/dyeing machine (1 ). The post (30) extends in the direction of at least one first axis (I). The side wall (21) is associated with the post (30) with at least one casing (60). The said casing (60) can move on the said first axis (I) on the post (30). The movement is provided by at least one piston (40). The piston (40) is fixed to the ground (Z) at one end. The pusher arm of the piston (40) is associated with the casing (60). In this way, the opening and closing movement of the piston (40) on the first axis (I) allows the casing (60) and the cassette (20), which is connected to the casing (60), to rise and fall in relation to the ground (Z) on the first axis (I). Thus, the cassette (20) can at least partially exit from chamber (10) by rising in the first axis (I) with respect to the ground (Z). In a possible embodiment of the invention, the piston (40) is available at both ends of the washing/dyeing machine (1 ). In a possible embodiment of the invention, each side wall (21 ) is connected with a casing (60).

The washing/dyeing machine (1) includes at least one lock mechanism (50). Figure 2 shows a zoomed perspective view of the lock mechanism (50) of the washing/dyeing machine (1) of the invention. Accordingly, the lock mechanism (50) is connected to the casing (60). The lock mechanism (50) enables the cassette (20) to be fixed in a position in the direction of the first axis (I). The lock mechanism (50) has at least one lock arm (51). The lock arm (51) comprises at least one pin (52). When the lock mechanism (50) is in the closed position, the pin (52) is positioned in the lock arm (51). The pin (52) is positioned to at least partially protrude from the lock arm (51) in at least one second axis (II) with the lock mechanism (50) in the open position.

There is at least one lock housing (31 ) on the post (30). The lock housing (31) is essentially a space provided on the post (30). It is in a form that can receive the pin (52) into the lock housing (31). When the pin (52) protrudes at least partially from the lock arm (51) in the said second axis (II), at least a portion of the pin (52) enters the lock housing (31 ). In a possible embodiment of the invention, the upper part of the lock housing (31) relative to the first axis (I) has a space larger than the cross-sectional area of the pin (52). The space in the lower part of the lock housing (31 ) relative to the first axis (I) is provided to the extent that it can enter precisely with the pin (52).

The lock mechanism (50) enables the cassette (20) to be fixed to the post (30) in a position on the first axis (I). Accordingly, the casing (60), which is connected to the side walls (21) of the cassette (20), is brought around the piston (40) and the lock housing (31 ). The lock mechanism (50) is positioned to protrude on the second axis (II) for the locking operation when the relatively wide upper part of the lock housing (31 ) is aligned. Here, the pin (52) at least partially enters the lock housing (31 ). When the piston (50) stops pushing the casing (60) upwards in the first axis (I), pin (52) fits into the lower part of the lock housing (31 ) provided in the same form as a pin (52) by the weight of the cassette (20) and the downward movement of the piston (40). As a result, the weight of the cassette (20) is transferred to the lock housing (31) with the pin (52). The weight is thus balanced by the post (30). As a result, the cassette (20) is fixed in a position on the first axis (I) by its weight. According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the movement of the lock pin (52) may be driven by a motor. In a possible embodiment of the invention, the movement of the lock pin (52) may be provided by a drive using air pressure.

In a possible embodiment of the invention, the lock mechanism (50) is provided on both sides of the washing/dyeing machine (1 ). Thus, a more secure fixation is provided than the fixation with a single pin (52). However, a fixation is provided in which the parallelism of the cylinders (22) to the ground (Z) is maintained. In a possible embodiment of the invention, there may be more than one lock housing (31 ) on the posts (30). Thus, a lock mechanism (50) can lock in more than one position by changing the position of the cassette (20) with the piston (40).

The scope of protection of the invention is specified in the attached claims and cannot be limited to those explained for sampling purposes in this detailed description. It is evident that a person skilled in the art may exhibit similar embodiments in light of the above-mentioned facts without drifting apart from the main theme of the invention.
