Abstract:
A textile thread lubricating device for textile production, the device relating to the technical field of textile production and comprising a box body. Through grooves are respectively provided in two sides of the box body; a thread-feeding roller and a thread-discharging roller are respectively provided on the two sides of the box body; a downward pressing roller is provided inside the box body; thread grooves are provided in a peripheral side wall of the downward pressing roller; a support assembly is provided at the top end of the downward pressing roller; an electric push rod is provided at the top end of the support assembly; an oil return assembly is provided inside the box body; and the oil return assembly comprises a guide plate and a fixing plate. In the present utility model, by means of the arrangement of the oil return assembly, a textile thread goes out through a groove at the top of the guide plate; and by means of the arrangement of a supporting rod and a sleeve, the guide plate is supported, an inner wall of the groove of the guide plate can be attached to the textile thread by using a certain force, and the textile thread is in contact with the inner wall of the groove, such that excessive lubricating oil attached to a surface of the textile thread can be effectively scraped off, and the scraped lubricating oil drips back into the box body along an oil-discharging groove, thereby recovering the lubricating oil.
