Abstract:
Disclosed is a texture processing liquid for a transparent conductive film, which is used in order to achieve a high photoelectric conversion efficiency in a thin film solar cell. Also disclosed is a method for producing a transparent conductive film.
The surface of a transparent conductive film which is mainly composed of zinc oxide is brought into contact with an aqueous solution containing a polyacrylic acid or a salt thereof and an acidic component, thereby being provided with rough texture. The surface of the transparent conductive film, which has recesses and projections after the process, is then brought into contact with an aqueous alkaline solution.
