Abstract:
Provided are a textured spun yarn, and woven or knitted fabric composed thereof having volume, softness, excellent texture, excellent air permeability, heat retention, moisture absorbency, and the like, and that is capable of being manufactured into a woven or knitted fabric without loss of fluff. A textured spun yarn (A0) in which starched, dried, and spun single yarns have been twisted in a direction opposite from the twisting direction of the spun single yarns with 1.3 to 3 times greater number of twists than the number of twists of the spun single yarns; a textured spun yarn (A1) in which a starch agent has been dissolved and removed from the textured spun yarn using water; a woven or knitted fabric in which a starch agent has been dissolved and removed from the textured spun yarn manufactured using the textured spun yarn (A0); a woven or knitted fabric manufactured using the textured spun yarn (A1); and a manufacturing method therefor.
