Abstract:
A TFT array substrate (1) and a display panel, wherein the TFT array substrate (1) comprises a base substrate (2), an antireflection layer (3), and a gate insulating layer (4). The TFT array substrate (1) comprises a light-transmitting region (5). The antireflection layer (3) is provided on the base substrate (2) in the light-transmitting region (5). The gate insulating layer (4) is provided on the antireflection layer (3). The light refractive indexes of the base substrate (2), the antireflection layer (3) and the gate insulating layer (4) increase in sequence.
