Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a therapeutic agent for fibrotic diseases of the organs that can effectively suppress (or prevent) organ fibrosis such as renal fibrosis. The present invention solves this problem by means of a therapeutic agent for fibrotic diseases of the organs that includes compounds represented by general formula (I), general formula (II), and general formula (III), and one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of pharmaceutically acceptable salts of the abovementioned compounds when R3 represents OH.
