Abstract:
Disclosed is an alleviating agent for bleeding tendency induced by a thrombus
removal means, which comprises a compound represented by the formula (I), a pharmaceutically
acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate of the compound or the salt as an active ingredient.
(I) wherein R1 represents a hydrogen or a metabolic ester residue;
and R2 represents a hydrogen or -R3-R4 [wherein
R3 represents -SO3-, -CH2COO-, -COCOO- or -COR5COO-
(where R5 represents a lower alkylene or a lower alkenylene)]; and
R4 represents a hydrogen or a metabolic ester residue.
