Description:
A THERAPY CAPSULE FOR ACTIVATING A RHYTHM OF A HUMAN BODY BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION (a) Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a therapy capsule for activating a rhythm of a human body by using magnetic force, and more particularly, to a therapy capsule in which magnetic force is directly emitted on a human body such that a rhythm of a human body is activated.

(b) Description of the Related Art It has been proven that magnetic force and far infrared rays can activate a rhythm of a human body so that circulation of blood and elimination of waste matter are promoted. Supplementary devices for health such as bedding like a mat or a pillow, and accessories like a bracelet or a necklace that include materials emitting magnetic force and far infrared rays are widely used. However, these conventional devices emit magnetic force and far infrared rays on a localized part of a human body only, and therefore these devices have little efficacy.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in an effort to solve the above problem. It is an object of the present invention to provide a therapy capsule for activating a rhythm of a human body by emitting magnetic force on a whole body of a person who receives therapy inside the capsule.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a capsule which is provided with a space wherein a person can receive therapy, the capsule comprising: a cylindrically-shaped case having an inner space along a longitudinal axis, the case including a plurality of magnets between an inner wall and an outer wall ; a floor-plate that is fixedly connected to a lower part of the inner space of the case, the floor-plate having a plurality of magnets between an upper panel and a lower panel ; a circular left plate that is attached to a left end of the case ; a circular right plate that is attached to a right end of the case ; and

an access panel by which to gain access to the inner space of the therapy capsule.

The capsule according to the present invention intensively emits magnetic force and far infrared rays on a person who receives therapy in the capsule.

Magnetic force and far infrared rays can activate a rhythm of a human body so that capillaries of the human body are dilated, and therefore some diseases caused by constricted blood vessels can be prevented and naturally remedied.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a therapy capsule according to the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along a line"A-A"of FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of a cylindrically-shaped case of the therapy capsule according to the present invention.

FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of a floor-plate of the therapy capsule according to the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, a therapy capsule according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a cylindrically-shaped case 10 having an inner space along a longitudinal axis, a rectangular floor-plate 30, a circular left plate 50, a circular right plate 60, and an access panel 70.

The rectangular floor-plate 30 is fixedly connected to a lower part of an inner space of the case 10. Therefore, a cavity wherein a person can receive therapy is formed above the floor-plate. The left plate 50 and the right plate 60 are respectively attached to a left end and a right end of the case 10, and the access panel 70 is provided by which to gain access to the therapy capsule.

As shown in FiGs. 2 and 3, a plurality of magnets 18 and a hot-water pipe 22 are disposed between an outer wall 12 and an inner wall 14 of the cylindrically- shaped case 10, and a space between the walls is filled with a filling 24 that is

composed of mineral matter emitting a large amount of far infrared rays.

The outer wall 12 of the case 10 is preferably made of stainless steel such that structural integrity of the case is sufficient. A plurality of metal bars 16 are attached to an inside of the outer wall with regular spacing, for example by welding.

A plurality of magnets 18 are attached to the capsule interior side of each metal bar 16 at regular intervals, and it is preferable to use square flat magnets so they can be firmly affixed to the metal bar. The metal bar 16 plays a role to both fix the magnets in place and to prevent magnetic force from dispersing out of the capsule.

Preferably, a band can be used to firmly affix the magnets 18 to the metal bar 16.

At this time, it is preferable to make"S"poles of the magnets face inward such that the magnetic force emitted into the capsule is still greater. Furthermore, it is preferable to dispose the magnets attached to neighboring metal bars to form a checkerboard pattern.

The hot-water pipe 22 is disposed between the metal bars such that it provides heat to the capsule 10. Then, an empty space between the two walls is filled with the filling 24 that is composed of mineral matter emitting a large amount of far infrared rays, and by way of example the filling 24 can be yellow soil, powdered elvan, powdered germanium, or the like. The filling 24 is heated by the hot-water pipe 22 so that it emits a larger amount of far infrared rays.

To hold the filling 24 to the case, the filling 24 is covered by the inner wall 14. Preferably, the inner wall 14 is a mesh having a plurality of holes such that the magnetic force and far infrared rays are emitted into the inside of the capsule through the holes easily.

Moreover, a reinforcing means 26 is installed inside the inner wall 24, and the reinforcing means 26 is preferably made of wood.

A structure of the floor-plate 30 is shown in FiGs. 2 and 4. An inner structure of the floor-plate 30 is analogous to that of the case 10. A plurality of metal bars 34 are regularly spaced and attached to the lower panel 32, and magnets 36 are disposed on the capsule interior side of the metal bars 34 at regular intervals, preferably with the"S"poles of the magnets facing upward and the magnets disposed so as to form a checkerboard pattern. Again, it is preferable

that a band be adopted to firmly affix the magnets 36 to the metal bar 34.

An empty space among the magnets 36 is filled with the aforementioned filling 40 that emits a large amount of far infrared rays, and the filling 40 is covered with a cover 42 that is preferably a mesh having a plurality of holes such that magnetic force is emitted into the inside of the capsule through the holes easily.

A hot-water pipe 44 is disposed above the cover 42 such that the floor- plate is heated by the hot-water pipe and the filling emits a larger amount of far infrared rays. Yellow soil 46 is then put among the hot-water pipes 44, and the upper panel 48 is laid on the yellow soil 46. Preferably, the upper panel 48 is made of a rough elvan.

Then, the left plate 50 and the right plate 60 are respectively attached to a left end and a right end of the case 10. Diameters of the two plates are the same as an outer diameter of the case, and they are provided with a ventilating hole 58 and a light 56. Furthermore, to increase magnetic force, magnets can be circularly disposed on the two plates.

A steam injection hole 80 is equipped under the floor-plate 30. If steam is injected into the capsule, a larger amount of far infrared rays can be emitted into the capsule, and a person in the capsule can breathe more easily.

As stated above, the capsule that has an inner space wherein a person can receive therapy is made by combining the cylindrically-shaped case 10, the floor- plate 30, the left plate 50, and the right plate 60, and magnetic force and far infrared rays are intensively emitted into the inner space of the capsule.

Temperature of the capsule is increased by heat of the hot-water pipe and steam, and it is preferable to maintain the temperature of the capsule at 40- 50 °C. When a person receives therapy in the capsule, heat and steam move to an upper part thereof, where they are then exhausted through the ventilating hole.

If a person spends a significant amount of time in the capsule while it is maintained at an even temperature, a large amount of magnetic force and far infrared rays permeate the body of the person so that their body rhythm is activated.

Consequently, closed capillaries are dilated and therefore blood circulation is promoted such that diseases caused by constricted blood vessels can be

prevented or remedied.

It has become clear through clinical testing that the capsule according to the present invention can increase kidney and a blood vessel functioning, and therefore it can return weakened capillaries to life.

Although the cylindrically-shaped capsule is described as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shape of the therapy capsule is not limited to a cylindrical shape but can be changed into a regular tetrahedron, a regular hexahedron, a rectangular parallelepiped, or the like.

While the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiment, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications and substitutions can be made thereto without departing from the sprit and scope of the present invention as set forth in the appended claims.
