Abstract:
A thermal cycler, used for polymerase chain reactions. A main body of the thermal cycler comprises a cavity, and a sample area arranged within the cavity and used for accommodating a plurality of test tubes. A protocol running device port is arranged within the cavity. When a protocol running device is placed in the protocol running device port, the main body runs a thermal cycling process on the plurality of test tubes according to protocol content stored by the protocol running device.
