Abstract:
Disclosed is a thermal desorption device. The device comprises a thermal treatment box (11) for carrying out heating and desorption on a material, wherein screw feeders (12) are mounted in the thermal treatment box, a rotary shaft (121) of each of the screw feeders is provided with a heating cavity (13) accessible to high-temperature flue gas, and the screw feeders constitute a double-screw feeding mechanism. In a thermal desorption control method, by means of the material temperature, the heating temperature and the flue gas temperature, a hot blast stove (2) is controlled such that same works according to a certain thermal treatment, and the flue gas is exhausted in a certain amount. According to the screw feeders that the thermal desorption device is provided with, the rotary shafts located at the centers of the screw feeders are provided with the heating cavities such that the material wraps around the screw feeders and moves under the drive of the screw feeders; in addition, internal heating can be formed for the material such that the material is heated more uniformly, and heat can be quickly and fully dissipated, and thus, the accumulation of thermal mechanical damage to an apparatus is alleviated, thereby prolonging the service life of the apparatus, ensuring the long-term operation of the apparatus and improving the treatment efficiency. By controlling the feeding speed, the flue gas circulation volume, and the heat output of the hot blast stove, the material can be continuously subjected to a thermal desorption reaction for a long time, thereby improving the treatment efficiency.
