Abstract:
A thermal energy storage material prepared by mixing a system composed of 53 to 69 wt % of sodium acetate and the balance of water with one or two of polyvinyl alcohol, formamide and acetone and paraffin as thickening agents. This material hardly undergoes changes in the amount of stored thermal energy even after repeated heat accumulation and dissipation.
