Abstract:
Provided is a thermal flow rate meter that can separately correct different pulsation errors occurring in an upstream-side temperature sensor and a downstream-side temperature sensor. A thermal flow rate meter 1 measures the flow rate of a gas on the basis of the temperature difference between an upstream-side temperature sensor 12 and a downstream-side temperature sensor 13, which are respectively positioned on an upstream side and a downstream side of a heat-producing body 11. The thermal flow rate meter 1 comprises: a detection element 10 that separately outputs an output signal for the upstream-side temperature sensor 12 and an output signal for the downstream-side temperature sensor 13; and a compensation unit 20 that performs response compensation separately for the output signal for the upstream-side temperature sensor 12 and the output signal for the downstream-side temperature sensor 13.
