Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a thermal-history-change-type indicator whereby the state of hot-water reconstitution of noodles in an instant-noodle cup can easily be recognized in conjunction with the temperature inside a container, and a thermal-history-change-type indicator and instant-noodle cup set including the thermal-history-change-type indicator and an instant-noodle cup. [Solution] A thermal-history-change-type indicator in which are layered a thermoplastic material layer including a thermoplastic material, a permeation layer for becoming transparent or semitransparent by dissolution and permeation of the thermoplastic material therein, and a thermoplastic material permeation inhibition layer for inhibiting permeation of the thermoplastic material in the permeation layer, the thermoplastic material permeation inhibition layer being arranged between the thermoplastic material layer and the permeation layer, and a permeation layer side being covered by a protective layer. A thermal-history-change-type indicator and instant-noodle cup set including the thermal-history-change-type indicator and an instant-noodle cup.
