Abstract:
A thermal insulated helmet, comprising a helmet shell and a thermal barrier coating, the thermal barrier coating comprising a transparent fiber textured layer, a transmissive layer and a reflective layer; the reflective layer is disposed at an outer surface of the helmet shell, the transmissive layer is disposed over the reflective layer, and is capable of transmitting visible light and infrared light; the transparent fiber textured layer is disposed over the transmissive layer. The reflective layer can reflect back visible light and infrared light passing through the fiber textured layer and the transmissive layer, decreasing absorption by the shell of visible light and infrared light, thereby causing the helmet shell to have thermal insulation functionality; it is also possible to provide a three-dimensional graphene heat sink at an inner part of the helmet, causing the helmet to have thermal insulation-thermal dissipation functionality; it is also possible, by means of controlling the color of the transmissive layer, to cause the transmissive layer and the transparent fiber textured layer to impart a fiber textured appearance to the helmet similar to that of a fiber helmet shell, causing the product to have a good-looking, high-end style, satisfying user aesthetic requirements.
