4 AMENDED CLAIMS received by the International Bureau on 7 March 2019 (07.03.2019) 1 . Thermal insulating panel with channels for constructions comprising a substantially flat face (8, 10) and some rectangular ( ) or trapezoidal (3) channels delimited by some ribs (2, 4) arranged substantially perpendicular to the flat face (8, 0) and a face (7,9) opposite substantially flat face (8, 10) and formed by the free ends of the ribs (2,4), characterized in that the channels (1 ,3) are destined to be filled with air, having one of the dimensions that characterize the volume smaller than the size at which the convection of the air occurs, the average ratio between the width of the channels (1 , 3) and the width of the ribs (2, 4) being in a range from 18: 1 to 3: 1 , such that to provide a thermal conductivity of λ = 0.023 W/ m x K. 2. Thermal insulating panel according to claim 1 , wherein the panel is obtained by extrusion or injection molding, respectively. 3. Thermal insulating panel according to claim 1 , wherein the channels (1 , 3) have a width of less than 19 mm. 4. Use of a thermal insulating panel with channels for constructions comprising a substantially flat face (8, 10) and some rectangular (1 ) or trapezoidal (3) channels delimited by some ribs (2, 4) arranged substantially perpendicular to the flat face (8, 10) and a face (7,9) opposite substantially flat face (8, 10) and formed by the free ends of the ribs (2,4), the channels (1 ,3) are destined to be filled with air, having one of the dimensions that characterize the volume smaller than the size at which the convection of the air occurs, the average ratio between the width of the channels (1 , 3) and the width of the ribs (2, 4) being in a range from 18: 1 to 3: 1 , such that to provide a thermal conductivity of λ = 0.023 W/ m x K, by applying the face (7, 9) formed by the free ends of the ribs on the surface to be insulated, the opposite substantially flat face (8, 10) being used for the interior or exterior finishing coating of the insulated construction. |
