Abstract:

A thermal insulation profile (100) and a water heater. The thermal insulation profile (100) comprises a plurality of microbubbles (20) and at least one protective layer (10) wrapping the plurality of microbubbles (20). The protective layer (10) is provided with an air inlet hole (11) and an exhaust hole (12). An inflation passage (30) connected to the air inlet hole (11) and the exhaust hole (12) is further formed in the thermal insulation profile (100). The plurality of microbubbles (20) is distributed around the inflation passage (30). Each microbubble (20) is provided with an opening (21). Adjacent microbubbles (20) are communicated by means of the openings (21). Each microbubble (20) is further filled with a heat insulation gas. The thermal insulation profile is provided with the inflation passage (30) connected to the air inlet hole (11) and the exhaust hole (12) and is filled with the heat insulation gas having a relatively low heat transfer coefficient, so that the thermal conductivity of the thermal insulation profile (100) is reduced, and the thermal insulation property of the thermal insulation profile (100) is improved.
