Provided are a thermal load distribution device and method for a heat-exchange apparatus of a direct steam contact heating multiphase separation system with steam recompression apparatuses. The thermal load distribution device comprises a separator (2), primary reboilers (1, 1-1, 1-2), secondary reboilers (4, 4-1, 4-2), vapour recompression apparatuses (3, 3-1, 3-2) and bypasses (6, 6-1, 6-2) thereof, and coolers (5, 5-1, 5-2). A rational distribution of a flow rate and heat exchange amount through the primary reboilers (1, 1-1, 1-2) and the secondary reboilers (4, 4-1, 4-2) can ensure the quality and the yield of the separated product; and after the collocation of the bypasses (6, 6-1, 6-2) of the vapour recompression apparatuses, the design requirements under various working conditions can be further adapted. The method and device solve a core problem regarding thermal load distribution in the direct steam contact heating multiphase separation system with vapour recompression apparatuses, can simply and efficiently achieve process purposes, has a high non-condensing steam utilisation, require less consumption of steam, greatly reduce the manufacturing cost and bring about considerable economic benefits.
