Abstract:
A thermal load estimating device according to an embodiment receives as an input a power consumption record for devices provided in a room, a thermal load pattern comprising a maximum thermal load time series for the room, and power consumption of the devices in the room, estimates the thermal load of a room at an appropriate time on the basis of the power consumption record, the thermal load pattern, and the power consumption, and outputs the thermal load estimation resulting from the estimation.
