A thermal management integration module (100), comprising: a multi-channel integrated board (110), a plurality of cooling connection pipelines (111) being formed in the multi-channel integrated board (110), and the multi-channel integrated board (110) being configured to serve as a carrier of the thermal management integration module (100); and at least two thermal management components, which are mounted on the multi-channel integrated board (110), and are connected to each other by means of the cooling connection pipelines (111). An electric vehicle is also related to. The design of the multi-channel integrated board may not only be used as a connection channel between different thermal management components, but also may be used as a carrier for the entire integration module, so that the thermal management components may be integrated on the multi-channel integrated board, thus forming a thermal management integration module which is low-cost, lightweight and has a small layout space. In addition, the thermal management integration module may be supplied in modular form, which greatly optimizes supplier management and production worker hours.
