Abstract:
A thermal management system (1000) and a vehicle (2000) having same. The thermal management system comprises a bus bar plate (100), a multi-way valve core (200), a power element (300), and a base (400); a plurality of flow channels and a plurality of accommodating cavities are provided in the bus bar plate; a first accommodating cavity (120) is provided with a plurality of first interfaces (121) in communication with the flow channels; a second accommodating cavity (130) is provided with a plurality of second interfaces (131) in communication with the flow channels; the multi-way valve core (200) is rotatably provided in the first accommodating cavity (120) and is provided with a plurality of switching flow channels, each switching flow channel is communicated with two first interfaces (121), and the multi-way valve core (200) rotates to switch connections between the switching flow channels and the first interfaces (121) so as to switch an operation mode of the thermal management system (1000); the power element (300) is rotatably provided in the second accommodating cavity (130), and the power element (300) rotates so that a liquid medium circulates between the second accommodating cavity (130) and the corresponding flow channel; the base is disposed on the bus bar plate (1000) to seal the first accommodating cavity (120) and the second accommodating cavity (130).
