Abstract:
The present invention provides a thermal mass flow meter for discontinuous flow measurement, which can accurately monitor the flow rate of a fluid in a contactless manner in real time by calculating a final flow rate on the basis of a first flow rate measured through the difference between temperatures of the fluid measured from one pair of temperature measurement units disposed at both sides of a heating unit and a second flow rate measured through the difference between phases of absorption signals measured from another pair of temperature measurement units disposed at the other side of the heating unit.
