Abstract:
Provided are a thermal module (100) and an electronic device, the thermal module comprising a volute (10), a fan (20), and a flow guide support body (30), wherein the volute (10) comprises a cooling cavity (11) and an air outlet (12), the cooling cavity (11) comprising a cavity side wall and a cavity bottom wall, and the cavity side wall being arranged on the edge of the cavity bottom wall and having an arc-shaped section; the fan (20) is arranged in the cooking cavity (11), and the flow guide support body (30) is arranged on the cavity bottom wall in a protruding manner; a region where the fan (20) is located is a fan region (20A); a first air duct (50) is located between the arc-shaped section and the fan region (20A), and a second air duct (60) connects the air outlet (12) to the first air duct (50); the second air duct (60) comprises a first region (60A) and a second region (60B), the first region (60A) and the second region (60B) being arranged in the width direction of the air outlet (12), and the second region (60B) being connected to the first air duct (50); for an airflow generated from the rotation of the fan (20), the flow rate of part of the airflow that passes through the second region (60B) is greater than the flow rate of part of the airflow that passes through the first region (60A); the flow guide support body (30) is located in the second region (60B) of the second air duct (60); a length extension direction of the flow guide support body (30) intersects the width direction of the air outlet (12); and the flow guide support body (30) is configured to divide the airflow in the second region (60B) and guide same into the first region (60A).
