Abstract:
A thermal pipe fixation joint without a thermal bridge. The thermal pipe fixation joint is provided with a working pipe (1) for circulation of a medium; at least one limiting inner sleeve short pipe (2) is fixed to the outer surface of the working pipe in the circumferential direction; the peripheries of the working pipe and the inner sleeve short pipe are respectively provided with a steel outer sleeve pipe (5) and a steel outer sleeve short pipe (6); both the space between the working pipe and the steel outer sleeve pipe and the space between the inner sleeve short pipe and the outer sleeve short pipe are filled with hard thermal insulation materials; the hard thermal insulation materials are hard microporous calcium silicate tiles (3) and a hard polyurethane foam layer (4) sequentially from inside to outside. Traditional conical pipes used for transmitting axial thrust are replaced with a hollow supporting member, and the interior and the exterior of the supporting member are respectively filled with thermal insulation cotton and the hard thermal insulation materials, so that the present invention eliminates thermal bridge effects while ensuring that large enough thrust can be borne, further ensuring that a designated position of a steam pipe is not changed, and can also slow down failure of anti-corrosion layers caused by overheating of the surface of outer casings, thus greatly prolonging the service life of thermal pipe networks.
