Abstract:
This thermal reaction element 5 is formed in a curved plate shape. The thermal reaction element 5 includes: a first region 51 that deforms with a snap action accompanying a temperature change; and a second region 52 that is integrally formed from the first region 51, and that inhibits deformation of the first region 51. The second region 52 is formed on the inside of the circumscribed circle of the first region 51.
