Abstract:
A thermal superconducting plate and a manufacturing method therefor, the thermal superconducting plate comprising: an annular frame (13), a first cover plate (11), a second cover plate (21) and at least one flow guide plate (3); the first cover plate (11) is adhered on a surface of the annular frame (13), and the second cover plate (21) is adhered on the surface of the annular frame (13) away from the first cover plate (11), so as to form a sealed chamber between the first cover plate (11) and the second cover plate (21); the flow guide plate (3) is located in the sealed chamber; the flow guide plate (3) comprises a plurality of protrusions (31) spaced apart in a first direction and extending in a second direction, the bottoms of adjacent protrusions (31) in the first direction are integrally connected, and a gap is provided between the inner side of each protrusion (31) and the adjacent protrusion (31), so that sealing passages (4) communicating with one another are formed between the flow guide plate (3), the first cover plate (11) and the second cover plate (21); the sealing passages (4) are filled with a heat transfer fluid. The thermal superconducting plate has beneficial effects such as good temperature equalization, strong heat diffusion capability, small heat resistance, high heat dissipation efficiency, strong heat dissipation capability, compact structure, small volume, light weight, and wide application range.
