Abstract:
A thermal transfer composite light guide plate comprises a light guide plate body, a first thermal transfer dot layer, a second thermal transfer dot layer, a brightness enhancement diffusion layer, and a reflective layer. The first thermal transfer dot layer comprises a polypropylene matrix, a plurality of dots formed on an upper surface of the polypropylene matrix by means of thermal transfer printing, and serrated microstructures formed on a lower surface of the polypropylene matrix by means of thermal transfer printing. The second thermal transfer dot layer is located above the first thermal transfer dot layer, and comprises a polypropylene matrix, a plurality of dots formed on an upper surface of the polypropylene matrix by means of thermal transfer printing, and wavelike microstructures formed on a lower surface of the polypropylene matrix by means of thermal transfer printing. A light condensing film for collecting light and a brightness enhancement film for enhancing light intensity are disposed inside the brightness enhancement diffusion layer. The reflective layer is located below the brightness enhancement diffusion layer.
