Title:
THERMAL-TYPE FLOWMETER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/049513
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a thermal-type flowmeter which can reduce the deterioration of flow rate measurement precision and reliability, and which curbs the increase in cost of the thermal-type flowmeter more than conventional thermal-type flowmeters, and allows the addition of an electrostatic dissipating mechanism function. A thermal-type flowmeter 1 according to the present invention includes: a sub-passage 200 that takes in a part of a measured gas 5 flowing through a main passage; a flow rate detection element of a flow rate measurement unit 300 disposed in the sub-passage 200; a circuit package 301 that supports the flow rate detection element; and a circuit board 101 to which the circuit package 301 is fixed. The flow rate detection element has a detection surface which detects the flow rate of the measured gas and which is disposed such that the detection surface faces the circuit board 101. The circuit board 101 has a wiring 309, which is at GND potential, disposed thereon at a position opposite the detection surface of the flow rate detection element.
