Title:
THERMALLY ACTIVATED DELAYED GREEN LIGHT FLUORESCENT MATERIAL, SYNTHESIS METHOD THEREOF, AND ELECTROLUMINESCENT DEVICE COMPRISING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/098114
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed are a thermally activated delayed green light fluorescent material, a synthesis method thereof, and an electroluminescent device comprising same. The thermally activated delayed green light fluorescent material is a target compound synthesized by reacting an electron donor with an electron acceptor, the target compound having a D-A molecular structure, the electron donor comprising a fluorine-containing group and a bromine-containing group, the electron acceptor being a planar electron acceptor having an ultra-low triplet energy level, and the target compound having a triplet energy level in the range of 1.0-2.0 eV. The synthesis method of the thermally activated delayed green light fluorescent material comprises a reaction solution preparation step, a target compound synthesis step, an extraction step, and a target compound purification step. The electroluminescent device comprises a substrate layer, a hole injection layer, a transport layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transport layer, and a cathode layer. The thermally activated delayed green light fluorescent material has an increased luminescent efficiency, and achieves preparation of highly efficient electroluminescent devices.
