Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a thermally conductive structural adhesive for a new energy power battery and a manufacturing method therefor, comprising: 3-14% a component A containing at least one of a block polymerized telechelic carboxyl compound and a block polymerized telechelic amine compound, and 3-14% a component B containing at least one of a block polymerized telechelic isocyanate compound and a block polymerized telechelic epoxy compound; 0.1-1% a coupling agent and modifier, 0-1.6% a curing accelerator, 84-92% a thermally conductive powder, and 0.3 to 3% a flame-retardant component; a method for block polymerization of telechelic carboxyl, telechelic amine, telechelic isocyanate and telechelic epoxy compounds; the component A and the component B are mixed at a ratio of 0.25-2 by parts and cured, measured thermal conductivity being 6-11 W/(m.K), tensile strength being 44-16 MPa, elongation at break being 11-78%, shear bond strength being 0.7-15 MPa and continuously adjustable and controllable, and flame retardance being V0, meaning it extinguishes immediately after removal from fire; the adhesive can satisfy thermal conductivity structural strength requirements of CTP battery packs.
