An aspect of the present invention relates to a thermally curable hardcoat agent comprising a polymer (A) having a furan ring in a side chain and a hardener (B) having a maleimide ring, wherein the polymer (A) having a furan ring in a side chain includes at least four linearly connected atoms between the main chain and the furan ring.
