Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/060086
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are thermally expandable microspheres which have excellent thermal expansion performance, a method for producing the same, and use thereof. The thermally expandable microspheres are composed of an outer shell formed with a thermoplastic resin, and a foaming agent which is contained in the outer shell and evaporates when heated. The thermally expandable microspheres have an average particle size of 1 to 100 μm, and the DMF insolubility rate (G1) and DMF/MEK insolubility rate (G2) of the microspheres satisfy 1.05
