Abstract:
Improved thermo plate that can be heated via induction, which transfers the accumulated heat to the food served on it, while being able to be safely handled because its bottom is relatively cold. The plate has an upper plate (2), a metal foil sheet (5) placed in thermal contact with the bottom part of the upper plate, enclosed in its own cavity, underneath there is provided a thermal insulation layer (6) and a base plate (3).
