Abstract:
 The present invention provides a thermochromic film that exhibits good thermochromic properties even when repeatedly subjected to increases and decreases in temperature, and that inhibits a decrease in total light transmittance. The present invention is a thermochromic film which contains a resin and vanadium dioxide wires having an average minor axis of 10 to 100 nm, and an aspect ratio defined by the average major axis/average minor axis of 5 to 500, wherein the resin is either a crystalline resin having a coefficient of linear expansion of 12 × 10-5/K or less, or an amorphous resin having a coefficient of linear expansion of 12 × 10-5/K or less and a glass transition temperature of 85°C or above.
