Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a thermoelectric conversion element which has high thermal electromotive force; a conductive film which has high electrical conductivity; and an organic semiconductor device which uses the conductive film. A thermoelectric conversion element according to the present invention is provided with a thermoelectric conversion layer containing a π-conjugated polymer. The π-conjugated polymer has a repeating unit having a molecular weight of 150 or more and a doped carrier. The thermoelectric conversion layer has a crystallinity of 20% or more.
