Title:
THERMOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/013766
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The thermoelectric conversion element is equipped with a thermoelectric conversion sheet having flexibility. The thermoelectric conversion sheet is provided with a magnetic layer, an electricity-generating layer formed from material that manifests spin-orbit interaction and is formed so as to contact the top of the magnetic layer, and first and second electrodes formed so as to contact the top of the electricity-generating layer. The first and second electrodes extend along the length of the thermoelectric conversion sheet, and are also separated from each other in a first direction orthogonal to the length.
