Title:
THERMOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME, THERMOELECTRIC POWER GENERATION MODULE, AND PELTIER COOLING MODULE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/208561
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a thermoelectric conversion element in which a thermoelectric conversion material layer formed from tetrahedrite and an electrode layer can be stably bonded so that degeneration of the thermoelectric conversion material can be suppressed during use in a high temperature environment, and which can be stably manufactured, and a method for manufacturing the same; and to provide a thermoelectric power generation module and a Peltier cooling module using the thermoelectric conversion element. [Solution] A thermoelectric conversion element according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a thermoelectric conversion material layer formed of a thermoelectric conversion material expressed by the following chemical formula (1); and an electrode layer which is bonded to the thermoelectric conversion material layer and which is formed of an electrode material including at least any of Fe, Ni, Nb, Pd, Pt, and Au: Cu12-xMxSb4S13 (1) where M is a metal material including at least any of Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, and Zn, and x is a numerical value of not smaller than 0 and not greater than 3.
